I have the Rough Country hard tri-fold. For the half the price of the BackFlip or Ford branded cover, it's actually decent quality (it's basically a direct copy). The instructions weren't great, but with some fiddling around, I figured it out. No regrets on the purchase so far.
Is yours the newer model that flips up to the cab? I’m still waiting on it to ship (2 months already) but looking for feedback on how watertight it is. Thanks!

Mine drains to the largish holes in the corners neat the cab. They are easy to remove and clean too.
I'm sure I can enlarge those two holes in the corner near the cab. JDMaverick mentioned he had rubber plugs on the sides of the bed but mine must be covered by the factory spray-in liner. Thanks

The one I have doesn't fold up against the back window, which isn't a huge issue for me.

It's not watertight near the tailgate but as others have pointed out, neither is the OEM.

The model I purchased shipped pretty much same day.
Diddo on Armour Flex fairly easy to install with 1 person would recommend 2 thou for aligning etc. Ordered from RealTruck got nice MTC Forum discount $$ great service shipped quick well packed.

I'd be interested in hearing how that works out for you. Please keep us updated.
Lookie what came today. Super happy with the outcome (see post #5 & #12 in this thread). I did not even use the weather seal yet, since I had the old seal from my soft tri-fold). I do wish this cover was about 1/2 to 1 inch longer, but it still covers the entire bed. This top also has battery powered lights in the rear section next to the latches. I also added new door sill protectors.

Does it look like it would be easy / quick to remove?

That is the reason I like this type of tri-fold. There are no side rails to deal with. If I want to haul my motorcycles, I just remove the cover completely (4 clamps) and store it in the garage.
