Has anyone experienced an issue with their transmission mount? I have a small click or stressed sound when acceleration from stop.

Is it when you press the gas? Might be a motor mount.

We had a rattle over bumps, dealer installed some "sound sensors" for a test drive and replaced a front strut under warranty. Maybe they could sound out what your noise is?

Well good to find.
And it never made more noise taking corners?

No. It only made noise when moving from a dead stop ORRRRRR when turning the wheels to the far right/left while stationary. The clicking/stressed sounds came from moving. A clunk came from turning the wheels while stationary.

If it wasn’t the transmission mount, nor the CV axles, what was it?
After a lot of testing, I noticed that I could simulate the sound by rocking the truck back and forth aggressively. Armed with this info and my speculation of it being a mount issue...I located and confirmed that it was the trans mount.

If I rested my hand on the mount while rocking the truck, I could literally feel the clicking. I lubricated the rubber in the mount with a silicone based lubricant. I couldn't spray the entire rubber but I did the best I could. The sound remained after spraying but like 3 days later it way about 95 percent better.

I took my truck to the dealership - After getting stuck up here in Canada. Called this morning and they are replacing my trans mount. Haven’t picked it up yet to verify that was the exact cause. But my truck felt like an uneven load in a washing machine at 50mph+ (80kmh+).

Update:
They replaced my rear trans mount. Went for a test drive. Rotated my tires (which are brand new replaced within the last week). Took it for another test drive. Knew I was in a time crunch as we had to get home.
Maverick still has a slight shake/vibration at 50mph(80kmh) it dissipates afterwards 60mph… but it’s only upon acceleration and right at 50mph/55mph.

Even with the slight shake now, it’s not as bad as it was and the dealership declared it safe ‘enough’ to drive back home (Detroit area) from Northern Ontario.

We’ll see if the squeal comes back while turning when we get home (which is what it did when we got to our cabin in Ontario) my guess is it was good and hot from all that driving.

Edit:
I have 63k miles on my truck, so of course, not covered under the powertrain warranty.

I have a shake too. I KNOWWWW that's coming from my tires because I didn't have the shake before hand. Go back to where you got them and ask them to confirm the balance and/or do a high speed balance.

The shake at 50mph was happening before my tires were replaced.
