If MPG is what you're after, be aware that your driving technique significantly affects your results. It took me a while to learn what works best, but I finally earned a "reported" 50.1 MPG aver 500 miles of urban trips on a recent fill-up. My overall average since day 1 is a reported 47.2 MPG. Others claim WAY better than that. Calculated actuals run about 4% less than reported. Every cold start costs a lot, as will fast starts or cruising at highways speeds where the engine may run continuously. I smile every time I gas up cuz it's likely been at least a month.

It becomes A game to see how good you can get with MPG
