My wife pretends to be mad when I show up with a new vehicle ever time. But she gets over it quick. I even suprised her with a rotary Mazda for her to track and have summer fun. Nope just looked at me like why?
So at 3pm one afternoon after returning from a work trip I ran in the house and said I need a ride to the dealer. Have a 4pm appointment. She looked at me and said you bought a gt500 didn’t you.
I said yep. Only one she never said anything about. Even wanted to wait around to check it out with the kids.
Although she’s only driven it once it’s her favorite car.
She knows I’m into cars so she gives some input on what she wants and I usually surprise her with it.

Sounds like you guys have a good relationship. Everyone is different, I can't say doing A in a marriage will always lead to B, but I've found the marriages that endure tend to be ones where spouses respect, and often get involved in each other's passions.

Yep it’s not ever certain. My parents both have separate money and very different hobbies. They have made it over 50 years married now. Just works for them. My wife and I have very separate hobbies. She does enjoy cars and shows with the kids but she’s not keen on track days. She goes but doesn’t drive.

I have one of each and love them both so you can't go wrong. If I had to get rid of one of them it would be an agonizing decision!!!!!

I do as well. One is a redhead and the other a blonde. I take one out on the weekend only, the other is my main concern 🧑🏻‍ LOL.
