TOAD Equipment Installation in Denver Area

Has any one had their Maverick set up for flat towing in the Denver area? I know what I need in baseplate and Brake Buddy harness but I need an expert to do an installation and spec out the light, etc. wiring harness.

Do a search for Camping World. They can do the base plate installation for your Maverick.

I just had my 2025 XLT done at a etrailer recommend shop in the Georgetown, Texas. We're new to the area so I picked the 3 closest called them. I based my choice off of the service person, whether they had a waiting area or not. One didn't have a waiting area and didn't let customers wait anyway. Also price, not necessarily the cheapest but a comparison, had to be in the ballpark of the others. I was extremely happy with my pick, probably just luck. I talked to several other customers. Everyone was a long time customer and one drives 4 hours to use them. Just my 2 cents good luck.

Working with e-trailer on component selection and have one labor quote from Arvada so far.

I'm going to do the same thing but my conclusion is to have a company that specializes in hitches do the work, not an RV dealer, since so much of the front end of the Mav needs to be disassembled and RV mechanics aren't known for their technical abilities.

I have used Hitch Corner ( 10677 Centennial Rd UNIT 103, Littleton, CO) to do my Fusion and escape hybrids to install baseplate and wiring. I don't have my maverick set up for towing, but that is who I would use

We've used them for multiple installs. Not cheap, but very good.

I've purchased 2 motorhomes there over the years, but I would not recommend their service Dept. If you choose to go to an RV dealership for this kind of work, I'd check TransWest, a couple of miles south of 66 & I-25. But I highly recommend Lampert Hitch... from experience with 4 Jeeps and 2 Mavericks.

Ended up using Lampert Hitch in Arvada, CO today. In at 7:30, out at 12:15. They said they put several techniciand on it. Installation looks very good. First Maverick this week but said they did two the previous week. Since I had a Roadmaster tow bar and Brake Buddy 2 actuator I went with roadmaster base plate and kits from E-trailer to complete the installation. I'll hook it up early April to check it out prior to Spring/Summer travels.
