Those "dents" in the sidewall are from the tire manufacturing process. I doubt you'll have any success with the dealer or Ford.
That being said, I would contact the dealership and explain the driveability issue you're experiencing and ask them to check the tire balance and maybe the front end alignment

Also, check your tire pressure, some owners have found that the tires were overinflated for transport which might make the indentation more noticeable and will also affect the ride quality.

Definitely check the tires PSI. Mine were at 41 from the dealer when I took it home, dropped it down to 35.

Yeah, id definitely drop the tire pressure to 35-36 for a less harsh ride. Then go for a cruise.
on my air gage it at 36.1, but app it says is

My tires (Pirellis) routinely approach or even exceed 40 psi when hot because I have them around 37+ cold (if you can call 100F ambient that). They were at 35 (or lower) when I bought it. I am not recommending that anyone do any other pressure besides 35, but mine run fine and the pressure changes have had zero impact on the balance.

@jbrown9889 Most likely at least one of them just needs to be balanced again. If the dealer won't do it (they should) then at least it is a relatively easy/cheap thing to have done elsewhere to rule out other stuff.

These dents have been covered in past threads. They are result of manufacturing and are not defects according to continental tire Co. The tires are inflated to 40-41 lbs for shipping and sitting for extended time periods to prevent developing flat spots. As part of dealer prep tires are to be adjusted to door sticker pressure but some dealers fail to do so. The tires will change psi (I believe about 1.1-1.2 lbs for every 10°F change in Temp. If you air them up in morning at 80°F and it's 100°F for couple hours the tires will have about 2.2-2.4 higher psi without even moving truck. If you have 35 lbs at 70°F and temp Drops to 30°F you need to add air or you will have excessive tire wear. It is best to get a quality digital tire gage that reads in 1/10th of a lb. The tpms shows pressure in full pounds so is not real accurate due to rounding errors. In any case your tires most likely have flat spots from sitting and driven for several days should round back out. Perhaps your tires were lower pressure for awhile while sitting.

Definitely check tire pressure on delivery. All 4 of mine were at 49 PSI 😲
