My baseline is the psi on the door data plate.
Thats where everyone should start.
Most shops go over by a couple of psi because they know 90% of driver never ever check tire pressure.
BUT !!
I have found that the norm is tire shops never set the pressures the same in each tire.
I often get a range of four different pressures with an average spread of 5 FIVE psi.
