Thumping feeling in my wheel tire/lower front left!!!!!!!!!

So I have had a thumping in the lower left wheel area. It has been looked at by 2 ford dealerships and my own work which is an auto shop. Only one person has felt it other than me. I say that's only because they don't daily drive it to know a difference. No one has been able to find the issue

i currently have the lane assist feature set to "Alert". i believe i have felt it "alert" me several times without provocation. it feels as you describe your thumping.

So removing the load from the suspension and drivetrain makes it go away?

Any other time when driving (truck has load on suspension again) it returns?

Tires rotated and it does the thump on all regardless?

Is the "thump" constant or does it increase with rpm?

My guess would be to check the bearings from the hub through to the trans where it receives the halfshaft.

1. Tires have been rotated
2. Majority of bolts have been checked to see if they are loose
3.When lifted and accelerating I don't feel anything as if its gone

I saw another report of a failed axle shaft. A bad CV could cause the noise as noted.

Just off the hip, sounds like a binding CV joint.

Nope and im getting pissed ford doesn't know anything

Probably unrelated, but I've noticed if I drive with my left foot flat on the floor (not sure why I do this sometimes - I guess to stretch in a different position), I feel something thud against the bottom of my foot from underneath every once and a while. Almost feels like something kicks up and hits the underbody, or something is flapping up and down from underneath (nothing visible when I look). It's pretty noticeable / alarming when it happens, but since I don't have my foot in that position very often it isn't that bothersome and I haven't bothered looking into it further

I had an 08 Altima that clicked on every turn. No one could figure it out and it ended up being a lose bolt that attached the door (drove me nuts ).

check trailer hitch (if applicable), sway bar link, inner/outer tie rod ends, half shafts on both sides, exhaust system is secure.

Can you post photos of the under side? I don’t have a truck 🛻 to go look around

Mine is doing the same thing, moving and randomly when stopped and idling. I tried taking a look but it has a plastic cover under that side. Heading to the dealer on Friday for an oil change and asking for that to be looked at.
