So I have had a thumping in the lower left wheel area. It has been looked at by 2 ford dealerships and my own work which is an auto shop. Only one person has felt it other than me. I say that's only because they don't daily drive it to know a difference. No one has been able to find the issue and I'm starting to get very pissed. I want it fixed because it annoys me so much. I would LOVE ANY HELP. Seriously anything. Anyone at ford have any insight.
Everything that's been checked.
1. Tires have been rotated
2. Majority of bolts have been checked to see if they are loose
3.When lifted and accelerating I don't feel anything as if its gone

PLEASE HELP !!!!!

Sounds like a warped brake rotor. Does it happen only when applying brakes?

Might pull your spare and replace the front tires one at a time. Possibly bad tire or loose lug nuts. Also check wheel bearings.

It’s probably a band broken in the tire. The band might be as obvious but look at the side wall for any wrinkles

Tires have all been checked and are ok to an extent. They were delivered over inflated and I had an issue with that. I want to say this feels more mechanical but thank you so much I don't want to come off as not grateful

Sense the tires have been rotated, it is not the tires.

This also excludes loose lug nuts

My guess is you might have a bad strut mount bearing.

Flat spot on the tire. Had a similar problem on a Caddy that sat too long (waiting on a chip, 🤔) Dealer replaced the tires and issue disappeared 😎 You know how to try and hide a flat spot on a tire? Over inflate it 😉

Does the thumping increase & decrease with wheel speed?

Thumping only when moving. So it’s something rotating obviously. Does it change with speed? Tires have been rotated. Chances are slim it’s another tire with same issue. Only thing left that rotates is brake disc and axle assembly. I’d look there.
