Wait,.. you can Forscan it to make it use more battery than gas???
Can it be done? using Forscan to make it use the Battery to higher loads? Can the battery warranty be voided if Ford found out?

The ONLY benefit you will gain from a CAI in this model will be noise. You may even lose performance.

A lot of people are trying to boost MPG.
A few are trying to lower MPG. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Why would you want to lose capacity and lifespan of hybrid battery to tweak another 10% of battery usage? Cost wise doesn’t add up over life of Truck.

Doubtful they could do something even more complex like engine airflow design
Of course ford did "great" airflow design by drilling holes in skit plate and removing partially front grill air shutters after engine fire recall! What a shame. it is easier to drill holes vs. fixing fuel leakage problem.

Ok, am i missing something 0-60? I’ve got my 70’s Trans Am for that. May I suggest investing in a 60’s-70’s muscle car if you wanna be Fast and Furious

Crap, they couldn’t even design their own stock mudflats properly so they wouldn’t eat into the paint they “protect” within a few months. Doubtful they could do something even more complex like engine airflow design.

If a bit of bent tin delivered such a drastic increase in fuel economy then OEMs would be implementing instead of all of the extra microcontroller effort for Start/Stop to the benefit of 2% fuel savings.

Notice the asterisk next to all the claims - "UP TO".

0.0 falls into the "Up to" claim - and that number is probably very accurate,

You read it WRONG.

It literally says "15-25% MORE FUEL" (will be used).

It's snake oil. But they are trying to imply it is a cheap turbocharger.

Your vehicle needs a consistent air/fuel ratio to burn correctly. So by adding more AIR you gotta add more FUEL and more fuel COULD lead to more horsepower in the right setup.
