Why are you here?
I created this thread for those who might be considering this option on what ever color truck they have.

If you don’t like the discussion, leave.
o_O SORRY, I didn’t mean to rattle your nerves. That was my two cents and I don’t understand why you think the O’Meara sticker was special tool. I saw on your profile you’re supposed to be from Colorado, well that’s one of the dealerships in Colorado. Everybody on here supposed to be either two cents on a thought, if you don’t like it, maybe you should leave.

Because of the large amount black plastic trim and think keeping the theme by adding black letters looks better. That said, I really like the OP’s white Ford oval logo.

Dude, lighten up. You posted a thread, all comments are fair game as long as there are not rude. Personally your white oval logo looks awesome front and rear, with its black trim ring, so does the front trim in white. The letters being color matching, at least in a photo are invisible. Maybe in person raised color matching has more pop.

Again, lighten up and if you don’t like a comment, ignore it regardless of your intent. This is not how any thread on this type of page works.

So, by your standards, and words, if all comments are fair game, and if you don’t like it, ignore it, then why are you coming down on me?

Perhaps you lighten up, or ignore my comment to him, and this one to you.

See how that works?

No comment on the tailgate letters. The front and back white FORD oval looks amazing with the white body color and I also like the white outline you did with the grill piece. Excellent work.

I finally found an Oxford white to park next to for comparison.
I still like the matching color letters. They are understated, which I like, but look more upscale than plain stamped lettering.

Hard to see in pictures, but if you were walking through a parking lot and saw the lettering you would likely take a second look knowing something is different than a stock tailgate. At that point you would see the 3D raised lettering.

I get terrible temptations with the letters, like ordering a set of the fill ins, throwing a couple out, modifying another, so I get like...

I went with raised black lettering, to match the black flares, black tires and rims, black tonneau, black bumpers and black hood protector. The interplay between black and white is pretty classy.
