That's not bad! Less expensive than the Lariat package. All in for me so far is about $600.
I just looked at F150 ACMs and they don’t appear much different than the escape or bronco ones which makes it odd that they wouldn’t be compatibleOk small victory! The rear camera now works. That shield wire did it. Now its just down to the ACM. My suspicion currently is that the ACM we bought is not compatible with the APIM since not a single change to the APIM as built has resulted in any real change to functionality. I want to see if @propp2531 can replicate my results and then ill go from there on acquiring a new ACM to test. Plus side though is that the ACM I have is a sat unit and should work just fine with Sync 3.

And that’s with both a sync 3 and 4 APIM no?All in for me so far is about $600.
It’s likely a firmware difference, not a hardware issue. The F150 ACMs will not work though since the mounting is different. Just snagged a Bronco Sport ACM for $140. With the ACMs I noticed there is a distinct difference between firmware. Most ACMs have ABD entries down to 727-04-08 where as others have entires all the way down to 727-08-06 I believe. I have the latter right now. The Sport ACM I just bought is the former so we shall see.I just looked at F150 ACMs and they don’t appear much different than the escape or bronco ones which makes it odd that they wouldn’t be compatible

Shoot I forgot I got the sync 3 one too. So $800.And that’s with both a sync 3 and 4 APIM no?
Just under $500 so far for me. $250 for the APIM, $150 for the ACM, and around $50 for the harnesses.
And probably cheaper than an aftermarket solution after it’s all purchased and installedThat's not bad! Less expensive than the Lariat package.
Unfortunately that appears to be a Sync 3 vehicle according to the ABD... Looks like the transit connect will only get the 12" version of Sync 4 and it doesn't appear that the option is available yet.Not sure if you’ve already found one but here’s a VIN from a ‘22 titanium

it says it has SiriusXM, and according to the options page for transit vans, that should line up

Dumb question: Is it possible to use the Sync 3 wiring harness from a Lariat instead?Below are pictures of the adapter harness and the first boot up of a Sync 4 APIM in a Maverick XL. With the easy part done, programming is next....

You would need the entire dash harness of a lariat to do this. It might be possible, but for me, this was the easier route.Dumb question: Is it possible to use the Sync 3 wiring harness from a Lariat instead?
