After waiting for my 2023 Maverick XLT Hybrid for 8 months. I swore I would never order another vehicle. Last week I ordered a 2024 Atlas Blue Maverick Lariat FX4 with every option available. I was told by the dealer it would be nothing like the wait for the 2023 because they were all caught up and this one was not a hybrid. He told me it should be about a 3 month wait. On my 2023 Maverick XLT. I took all the accessories I wanted off because of all the constraints. By the time I got it, I was frazzled. So what I would like to know is. Has anybody got a clue on the time frame I am actually looking at?

No one knows. You are lucky you got yours in 8 months, though I wouldn’t haven’t taken off all the options. I held strong and kept my loaded 2022 hybrid but it took 18 months. But I’m glad I didn’t get rid of any of the options.

I ordered the 2024 Atlas Blue Lariat, FX4 with 4K tow package. That was July 2023 the day the order banks opened. They didn't start building the 2024s until (mid?) October. I received my truck on Jan. 4th. Just under three months.

All I know is they are generally much faster from order to delivery than ever before. “The wait” used to be a major topic here and that’s no longer the case.

8 months! That’s crazy! My 23 only took 18 months and I didn’t remove any options. In fact I went from the base xl to the XLT with BAP just to get built. LOL

I ordered mine July 2023, in production October, picked it up on February 17, 2024. XLT hybrid was worth the wait.

UPDATE: I ordered this new 2024 Maverick Lariat on March 6th and received the VIN Code and this Today!!!!

Exciting times ahead! The production of your 2024 Maverick Lariat vehicle is slated to begin during the week of April 29, 2024.
