Switching my hybrid engine to ecoboost?

Everything I have said has been on topic. Your attempt to derail by saying an ecoboost had caught fire in the same context as the recalls on the Hybrids was clearly not the same case. Facts matter. Snarkyness overruled.

I feel like that's beside the point of the thread though, right? It's pretty safe to assume the Hybrid can do everything the OP needs it to or else he wouldn't have made that engine choice to start with.

OP is asking peoples opinions. Again, it's on topic. If the Hybrid can handle it, the Ecoboost can too.

Some how post on the subject of this thread always turn into negative shit shows. Both are good in their own ways and intended purposes. Both have pros and cons. Pick one and enjoy it. For the ones insisting on being critical on either power plant, well, may i suggest
