Hi all, new guy here, first post. Expecting delivery of my 25 Hybrid, AWD, 4k at the end of the month. I searched for an answer, but my ninja search skills are lacking.
So, the big question on my mind and the first mod I'm looking at is leveling my new truck. I'm not looking for more tire clearance, I just like the leveled look better. Granted the rear sag under load would be more apparent, but I don't intend to carry heavy loads very often.
With that goal of leveling the truck I have looked at Good-Win springs and they look good and appears to lift the front by 1.25". This moves the front fender opening height a 1/4" higher than the rear (per their website measurements). That seems a little wonky but not really noticeable. However, they use a heavier spring rate (180 v. 148 lbs.) so I worry about changing handling/feeling.
My next thought is what about using Tremor OEM springs, OEM struts, and camber bolts on the front? Since it is already 1" taller (at least from what I've read) then no real rake and levelled appearance. Additionally, using Ford parts might not negate the warranty as quickly. I would imagine needing to use both the struts and springs since they are different rates and valving from AWD versions so need to be replaced as a set.
Would the Tremor front mods conflict too much with a stock rear suspension?
Have read the Tremor suspension feel is better than the other versions, would Tremor springs and struts improve the feel of a AWD?
Has anyone had a final word on the CV joints, i.e. would they handle the 1" difference, or is this not really an issue anymore?
Basically, looking to use factory parts to level the truck.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts or guidance.

I've been trying to find part numbers for 2025 Tremor front shocks and struts. I'm only looking at the front to create a leveling kit with factory parts. I've seen some spring kits Eibach, Good-Win, and H&R. These all seem to function the same way the factory Tremor does "stretch" existing strut with higher spring rate or coil count?? Do these solutions require camber bolt kits I've seen for other lift kits?
Online is very confusing since the labels change by year on some of the catalogs. Do I need the sport, AWD, 4 wheel drive etc. etc. Asked a dealer and they need a VIN for a Tremor to look up the part numbers. Seems like if the control arms are the same then it should be a simple swap to level the non-Tremor or Lobo trucks. Anyone know the part numbers to look up?

It doesn’t sound like there is any reason we can’t swap for Tremor shocks and springs especially with the longer and improved CV axles.

Id love for my hybrid to have the tremor suspension. Basically was going to chase this with the bolt in Bilsteins

Does this mean all new Mavericks have them? Are bilsteins a strut and spring package.
All new hybrids have the improved CV axles. The EBs have the same ones they’ve always had BUT they are a direct swap out with the much better Tremor CV axles.

Bilsteins are drop in struts - no springs.

If looking for that FlatOut suspension is your way to go but that can get pricey quick.

Id honestly be fine if the Bilsteins didn’t raise the ride height at all but are just a better shock overall.

I find my 25 Lariat ride quality severely lacking compared to my 23 Tremor, especially on the washboard rutted out roads up to my mountain property.

Very good info. Thanks. Like you mentioned I’ve read/heard Tremor was a better ride. Which kind of drove my logic of the swap, with a leveling bonus. Final question, the bilsteins level or is there a lift also?

I don’t believe it’s a level just a lift but they just introduced the direct replacement shocks for the Maverick.

Below is a thread with a user who has quite the Maverick rig going and they sent him some shocks so we should get some feedback in the not too distant future.

https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/bilstein-just-signed-me-up.68947/

EDIT: Per Bilstein it will provide 1.75” of lift in the front and 1.5” in the rear so an ever so slight level.

To be honest I’m not sure I’m loving that much lift. Might just try and through some B4s on there to improve ride quality.

Watching this thread hoping someone finds the part numbers for all the Tremor front suspension parts that are different. I want the front level lift and nicer ride.

You've seen the fine print, right?

The rear suspension is different between the FWD and the 4WD/AWD. The pre-2025 Hybrid was only FWD so the kit that includes front and rear suspension won't fit...at least not the rear. I've seen some sites show the front components are the same but have not verified, and am hoping they are.
