I received the mount today. Looks good for what I needed. To attach in the Tow Hook area, the hook would need to be removed. I wanted it centered and it works great for that:

It was a little costly, but it attached to that lower grill nicely. On a related note, the dimples for drilling are located on the unpainted part. You can see them if you look on most of the photos.
It looks good, but are you blocking a lot of airflow to the intercooler?

I’m curious about this as well. Would block airflow to the inter cooler? I’m sure there is enough airflow but I don’t want to screw anything up!

I am in California and I very specifically told dealer not to install the plastic bracket. My plates
came last week - I opted to mount the front plate to the front bracket and store it behind the
back seat with a fist full of tie-wraps. If the day comes where I face a fix-it ticket over no front
plate - I will tie wrap it below the bumper :poop:(y)

Anyone here try one of these brackets before? Looks like a good option I might try when the time comes.

I haven't seen anyone else with one, but I did order one today. I'll update once it arrives.

Edit: I knew I recognized the Skene name! They're well known in the motorcycle industry for their lighting. I'm even more excited now to get the brackets!

For those of y’all using the tow hook bracket, could y’all share more pics of it? The back side? How is it holding up? Any vibration at speed? Thanks

@Davis Yes! Sorry!

I'm very happy with the way the Skene turned out. Very high quality, as expected.

I used the website instructions, measured where I thought I would be installing, and came up with "short". After installing, I might have gone with the medium, but YMMV.
Took about a week to deliver and when the did it wasn't bad to get the install done at all. Maybe 20 mins? Followed the instructions and it was amazing how quickly the bracket firmed up when the plate was installed. I bent my plate some to better follow the contour of the front bumper. After I took the pic below I realized it needed some fine tuning and was able to work it a little more to smooth out the curve.

I've had it on now for about 6 weeks and no issues. Still as rock solid as the day I installed it.

10/10 would recommend.
