The Mav was just sitting there parked when one of the guys at work clipped it with a forklift, I think it was the wood pallet as it didn't remove any paint but scuffed it pretty good and put in a tiny spot you could feel with your nail. I saw the amazing PDR repair work done on YouTube and decided to try PDR, I found 3 people on Yelp and sent them photos. The first two said no dice, can't be repaired, that the paint would chip or delaminate. Then the one guy I wanted to respond, no bad reviews, satisfaction guaranteed, he said he could do it for $300. When he arrived he said it was worse than he had expected, but he would do his best. He hammered for over 3 hours, being there for 4, and it came out great! So even though we have thin paint and this was pretty bad, it is possible to get it back to 99%. He made a tiny touch up on the clear coat but you can't see it. I hope it lasts and doesn't need paint repair later.
