Std features not on window sticker

When I use Ford's Build and Price web site For a 24 Lariat hybrid it shows a hitch and a SIBL to be a std feature; but the window sticker does not show those items. I called Ford , after 30 min of discussion they said to talk to the dealer. I called BS on that and got nowhere. Any thoughts?

According to the 9/1/2023 update to the Order Guide, the hitch w/4-pin and SIBL are standard equipment on a 2024 Lariat. Who cares what the WS shows?

The WS is all I have; since the truck has not been delivered ( 17Nov to 23Nov is Fords guess); So I do not know what is on the truck. Ford customer Service could not say for sure either!

The person at customer service must not know where to look for this information.

Hmmm, according to my salesman the SIBL is not available and I will be getting a DIBL. I'd prefer the SIBL. Time for a little talk.

IIRC, The DIBL is now the one that comes with the XLT Lux. The Lariat comes with SIBL.

Look for "Lariat Luxury Package". The items in that group will not be listed separately on the sticker. Since all Lariats include that equipment group, the marketing materials list it as "standard" even if the window sticker lumps it under that group heading.

Since you ordered a Lariat you will get want you want. A SIBL.

I guess you can try to educate you salesman so he does not make that same mistake in the future.

Nope. All the other items are listed under "standard equipment included at no extra charge"; but no hitch and no SIBL. There was no lumping. Either Ford screwed up with the WS or with the actual build of my truck. I did find out that the build was likely started in Oct and finished in Nov. (which is rather odd if true)

My window sticker doesn't show a hitch under "standard equipment" but my FX4 has it.

Can you post your window sticker so we can see exactly what you're talking about?
