"Not for Sale" Window Sticker

Furthering the mystery of my Lariat which had 55 miles on it when I first test drove it, is this Window Sticker. Did anyone else receive one of these with their Maverick?

The okay to buy hadn't been given yet, so it was built and probably just sitting, waiting for the OKTB. Nothing to be concerned about.

My 2011 Fiesta had a similar situation... as the dealer explained to me, they will randomly take vehicles off the line for spot testing. My dealer at the time (Kearney Pearson Ford in San Diego) disclosed this all to me up front, but they did not give me that 'not for sale' sticker. I assume it's a temporary sticker they use to hold the vehicle until testing is completed.
