So last Tuesday I travelled up to DFW area and purchased a 2022 Ford Maverick Ecoboost Fwd with a rebuilt title. A buddy of mine picked me up at the airport and we all went and ate lunch after the purchase. The truck has almost 52k miles after I drove it home 7 hours and about 450 miles. The truck needed a really good deep clean which I did. And here is a list of stuff I did to the truck as well. We are going to be handing my son the keys to this truck tonight it's his Graduation, Birthday, Christmas present. He is an ROTC honor graduate this year, and is planning on going to college for an MBA (at least that is his current plan).
Truck already had tinted windows
Got spare key made cause it only had one
Added Kuiperauto soft roll up bed cover
Added 2 storage boxes with keyed alike locks
Added Mabett rachet straps to the bed
Added Mabett trash can
Added Maxzina slide out cargo trays
Added Maxina cover for traction control and mode switches
Added 12v socket to the bed
Added a dash badge
Added a bypass for the auto start/stop
Added jack and spare tire tools that were missing
Replaced the rubber grommet in the firewall that was missing
Removed the remanence of amplifier wiring that was left
Added a dash cam fuse #3 so that it turns on and off with the truck
Added a GPS device fuse #20 so that it stays on 24/7
Added cruise control switches from a 21 bronco sport
Added lane keeping switch from a 23 maverick
Used Forscan to program cruise, lane keeping assist, traffic sign recognition, disable sport mode, add eco mode, add sand mode, add mud mode
Used touch up paint on a few spots
Buffed out some scratches in a few spots
Replaced missing plastic pins like tailgate and wheel wells
Replaced rubber bed plug
Sewed the rear seat that had a tear in it
