Did you find out why it has a rebuilt title? or see any signs of the repair?

yeah dealer was very upfront about everything, and you could see the junk yard marker on the replaced parts. got a hood, fenders, grill, headlights all from a 23 Mav the same color. no airbags deployed. fender and Hood gaps are slightly off but not enough to make me wanna fix it.Did you find out why it has a rebuilt title? or see any signs of the repair?

Is rebuilt the same as salvage title? Seems silly if it only needed bolt on parts. Mine is an owner-retained salvage title from being rear-ended. I only replaced the plastic. I still need to change the tailgate, but it works perfect and adjust or replace the tow hitch assembly. I can lightly sand and paint the part of the structure that they totaled mine out for.yeah dealer was very upfront about everything, and you could see the junk yard marker on the replaced parts. got a hood, fenders, grill, headlights all from a 23 Mav the same color. no airbags deployed. fender and Hood gaps are slightly off but not enough to make me wanna fix it.
Apparently Texas is now has rebuilt and salvaged, from what I can find rebuilt it's road worthy while salvaged is not anymore. I could be incorrect on this statement. I just know the insurance has no problem doing full coverage on it, and that's all that mattered after finding out it's road worthy. Is rebuilt the same as salvage title? What's a Hollywood shower????!!!I'm available for adoption. I'm quiet, go to bed early, don't eat a lot and never take Hollywood showers.![]()
A "Hollywood shower" is a US Navy slang term for a long, luxurious shower with the water running continuously, acting as the opposite of a strict "Navy shower" (where water is turned off while soaping). Total length of time of water running varies according to ship but usually not to exceed 3 minutes. What's a Hollywood shower????!!!
Got you now! I was afraid to related it to the Golden Shower! This is more to conserve fresh water than just hot water.
honestly they go about 40% off of blue book value, and that's what insurances go by as wellNice find and hope your son appreciates it. What did this initially cost you? Somewhere between $5k & $10K? In some states, Rebuild/savage tiles are tough to sell. You dam near have to give them away. Just curious
Thank you, he's a good kid!Lucky kid. You must have raised him right if he deserves all this. Congratulations to both.
