Smaller rear replacement headrest?

Has anyone found any rear headrest that are smaller than those that came with the Maverick?

Don't know about replacements, but the OEM's fit nicely under the seat.

Some folks use the ones that fold down from the Ford Escape. There was a thread somewhere here on MTC about them.

Ford does make a low-profile headrest for the Maverick - there's one in the center position.

Unfortunately the headrest posts are too close together to fit in the rear seat outboard positions, so I removed the super-sized headrests and stored them under the seat like everyone else.

I removed the middle one so my dog can look out the sliding window, nobody is ever going to sit there anyway in fact I can remove them all the back seat is dog land.
