Shop.ford.com not working?

I check my order status every couple of days to see if there’s any movement. Even though my scheduled build date is 5/9, you never know.

I entered my order & VIN, and it just redisplays the page. Anyone else experiencing that? It’s currently 9:10 pm EST on Tuesday 3/29/22 and the problem is persisting.

I feel your pain. Ordered mine 07/07/2021, Delivered to Dealer 03/03/2022, Purchased 03/05/2022. Waited 8 months. Moral: Be patient at this point. It's coming to you, just not until summer.

Everyone who has ordered it in June, July, and August 2021 have been waiting (some still are) and patient. Those who got disgruntled, gave up and let the dealer have their order (hence, most dlrs ADM 5-10K).

The tracker has always worked poorly and you have a long way to go. Just sit tight and be patient.

I have the same issue. I can only get it to work when I click on the link from my most recent build date change email.
If I type the tracking page in, or even the original scheduling email, I get the same issue in which it just reloads the order and VIN entry page over and over again.

More important: The Ford emails on Thursdays. THOSE are the ones you really want to look for.

More important: The Ford emails on Thursdays. THOSE are the ones you really want to look for.

If you actually get emails from ford. I have a Vin yet never received any email from ford. But was able to call with order # and ford supplied a Vin #. That helped but now it's in transit and cannot get rail into from dealer. Truck was built 3/4 marked shipped 3/7 it's somewhere. Maybe next week. Ordered 12/21 ecoboost xlt fwd non copilot

True ..... As long as the dealer places the customer's email on the retail order, that customer will get the Ford status emails. There are 2 email spots on the retail order. The dealer is SUPPOSED to place one with the customer's email, and the other with the dealer contact so they can stay informed.

I've noticed that as well but eventually I'm able to see what's happening. My truck went into production last Wednesday. Hopefully it'll be finished by the end of the week and then I wait for it to get here.

My wait time between Production and Expected Delivery was about 6-7 weeks (01/17/22-03/03/22)

Yes, Shipping (mine was Expected Delivery) is the last step.
If your monroney sticker has any add-ons that are dealer installed, have the dealer complete it before taking delivery. The wait is worth it. Don't know if you are financing, if you are, use the zero percent or .9% financing.
