Once you have Railcar info, call CSX and follow prompts!

Mine is currently en route to Ohio with an ETA of Feb 7. Hearing your story is frightening. I hope that whatever is holding yours up gets resolved for the sake of both of our orders.

Did you get a train car number from your dealer to track your shipment? My dealer told me my car number is TTGX983662 (pretty sure this is a Norfolk Southern car number). I’m surprised because everyone seems to say that everything east of the Mississippi should be shipped on CSX. I got the shipped notification early Thursday morning, but Norfolk Southern still says that no tracking info is available when I call.

I have the same railcar number. Using the tracker, this morning, the last update was that it was in Calabassas, Arizona at 11:30am yesterday.

I almost went with Peacock, but they were taking too long to get my order in fall of 2021 so went with Mullinax!

I got my rail car number from Ford customer service . My XLT went from Hermosillo Mexico 12/30 and arrived in NJ 1/10 now waiting for it to get trucked to the dealer .

My Bronco Sport order was built on the 9th. Had a railcar number on the 12th morning but no movement. Tracker a few moments ago said it left Calabasas, AZ at 1:55 this morning (1/14). No eta from them but Ford says ETA 1-01 to 1-07 to Southwest Idaho. Dealer said it should be offloaded in Salt lake City then trucked the rest of the way.

Not sure why OP is showing shipping delays if stuff is obviously leaving the factory currently.

Mine left the plant on 12/31 (new years eve) on the train and arrived at the Shelbyville, KY ramp on 1/10. Its waiting to get trucked to my dealer. Its only 100 miles away.

Mine was built 1/7 and flipped to shipped on Monday 1/9. Just checked on status, CSX has the Railcar in Kansas. I’d say it’s making good time! Should be to Florida in a week hopefully.

Which dealer did you order from? I hope it was not Gary Yeoman in Ocala. I ordered a XLT EB from them on 01/01/2022. Long story short, the sales manager then did not finish the order so therefore it never was a good order. All after requiring a $1000 deposit. They did offer me another one at a $10,000 ADM… I told them to take a hike. What out for all the “add ons” they will do.

I tried to buy a Mav from them and they told me that they would sell it to me at MSRP. Then sent me a video of a barebones XLT and stated it would be sold for 10k ADM. I laughed and blocked their number

Gary Yeoman will add on the glass etching, ceramic coating, protective film, etc. super expensive and it will be added without your knowledge until it is time

Yes, also known as the "florida protection package". I already have it in writing that I refuse this dealer installed option and I won't be paying for it even if they do install any of that.

Even though I live in AL I'm originally from FL and tried to order a second Mav in FL with Muliax in Orlando (I fly/drive there every two or three months), but it was crapshoot. I didn't get a text till the last hour of the last day of the order banks closing. I got my Mav built and gonna be delivered to a dealership near me

Interesting . I’ve seen some mention theirs never got flipped to shipped and have taken delivery. Maybe yours falls into that category? Hoping yours arrives soon!

Not sure. I've tried everything on my end. Talked to my dealer, talk to FC and customer service. But still nothing. I was told shipping is behind so I'm not sure if only a few got shipped or whats happening. Thank you so much! Same with you!

Will all trains switch from UPR to CSX? The screen shot from my dealer says last update: 'received at junction point (union pacific railroad) enroute to Toronto Canada.
