Stress cracks in concrete are normal - likely a combo of too wet concrete and not enough time to cure before parking on (the first makes the second almost impossible not to do), and even then it is still likely to crack.My wife found the concrete guy from a referral and his bid was thousands less than 2 other bids. First crack was under a year, she decided not to pursue warranty with them because it's a small family business.
But that pic is also evidence of what happens when you use the lowest bidder. The garage and Mav have that in common it seems.
They did the driveway also and I don't think there are any cracks in it, yet.
The pitting also not surprising where the treads are. I would not fret the quality of work.
If it does bug you - you can revitalize that garage floor with an epoxy coating easy!
