Is it my imagination, or did Elevate change the extrusion, making it wider? I don't see the gap on yours like mine has. @Realtruck ?

The Elevate TS rails have not changed. The logo on the rails now says "RealTruck" instead of "Elevate," but that's the only update the rails have had over the years.

Elevate/real truck t rails with roll up gator cover. Thule crossbars and feet found on local market place and Thule feet kit #3101 t-rail/slot mounts.

Might have to look into getting some t-rails then. How’s the install?

Not terrible, the real truck rails sandwich between the tonneau cover and bed rails includes new clamps to secure it all. The Thule parts are just a bunch of screws/nuts/bolts like a giant Lego set just building.

I have the Maxima roof bars and my experience is great. I bought a waterproof bag that fits it nicely and no interference with my 3 panel tonneau cover. With the windows up I barely hear a thing on the highway till 60-65mph. No impact on mileage with just the empty bars and with the rack loaded I don't care. The bars fit nice and tight and I have had them for a year and they still look good. I imagine the noise will be variable by brand as some will be more aerodynamic than others.

Was looking at my tonneau, don’t think the rails will fit with it.

Might go with this Bed Rack and swap the hardware so one of bars are easy to remove so I can open more than 1 section of the tonneau. It’s under $200, and if it sucks I’ll return it.
