Rival skid plate install fail

Good news, I bought 1/2 inch hard rubber spacers and put them under the skid plate and now it clears the oil pan. I have installed now so far so good. Maybe in a week I will take the bolts off and put some lock on them to be semi permanent.

I just installed one on my 25 Ecoboost and had to cut the rivnut and bolt for more clearance like another member did. For the 25+ they should really move the cut out/access panel over.

bad- If someone just installs it as is, the nut will damage the pan over time. Correct fix is to move opening. For what they charge, this should not be an issue. Bad attention to detail.
