Remote start from phone?

I love my truck so far. However, the last couple of days the remote start from my phone hasn't been working on my hybrid. Is -5 with -25 wind chills too cold for the starter to work? It did work at first. I did uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone. Any insight would be greatly.appreciated.

It was 0 here and mine didn’t work . Started ok with the key 2025 xl AWD eco boost.

My MY22 XL Eco, has worked in the (-) degree weather, the last three days..
Is the app, telling you it did not start?
I slide the "virtual" button to the right and then it starts to spin.. After 5-6 seconds, it changed to "vehicle on".
Yours does not?

Have you done this, standing next to the Mav.
What I'm saying is, has the truck responded to your request? (marker/running lights come on?).
Is this a App issue OR a truck issue??

I have done it standing right next to it, so it's not a distance issue. It starts just fine with the key.

Is your phone still linked (wifi) to the truck?
Theres a signal loss, somewhere...
And you have reloaded the App... as you stated.

Phones' not talk-in to the truck.. :unsure:

Same yesterday. Tried rebooting my phone to see if thet helped. Will find out today.

it’s -11 here this morning mine fires right up.

I've had my 25 lariat Awd hybrid for about a month. The app on my phone started the maverick the first 3-4 time. One morning the app would just spin. Waited. Restarted phone. Nothing. So, I stopped using the app for a day or two and then thought to update the app and now I'm back in business. Samsung s23 ultra. UI version 6.1. Android version 14. Ford Pass Version: 5.10.1. Don't know about iPhone users. I honestly don't know if updating the app did the trick or if something else got it all working. Update your app if you haven't. It's worth the 2 minutes it takes to find and install the update. Good luck.

I restarted my phone this morning and the remote start worked. Although, it is up to a balmy 6 degrees here in WI this am.
