Got mine done last week but the app and website took a while to catch up with the fact. Everything seems fine, although I did have a backup camera not available message for like one second that went away….

This was one of those exceedingly rare instances where the person you spoke to was MISTAKEN.My dealer just called for what was suppose to be the rear lighting fix on tows. She said you need to bring it in now…. I don’t tow. She said,,,, oh, it is not just towing, you might might have rear signals and your dash isnt telling you. Just a heads up.
Had the recall done this afternoon. First thing I did after pulling out of the parking spot the technician had backed it into was put it in reverse and check the camera. Thank you for giving us the heads up. The lines were faint. I checked settings and the only lighting I saw set low was for AMBIENT lighting. I raised the brightness to max and checked again and lines were vivid. I don't understand why that setting affected the camera lines.I have a MY2025 and received the Trailer Module update in May via OTA in my driveway.
However, after that I noticed that the "parking assist lines" (R/Y/G and white) are now missing from the camera display. All I see is the normal (blank) camera image/picture when backing up.
I made a thread about this but nobody else has mentioned that they have the same issue on their Maverick. Someone mentioned their F150 had the issue and fixed it with FORSCAN, which I don't have.
I am still under factory warranty so I will be having the dealer fix this.
