Curious. I just picked up a set of 4 of these. $925 from levittown ford. They’re sold as bronco sport first edition wheels.


Are your FX4 wheels gloss black or matte ?

For OEM wheels I think my order is 9, 8, 11, 2.

Say what you will but black wheels make the tires look dirty.

The only way I might like them is if the tires have the same amount of shine as the wheels which is impractical. From a distance black wheels look like spare tires.

Fx4 wheels are rugged yet sophisticated. Yes black looks homogenized against the tire but it also is easy to touch up when it gets scratches.

poll is tilting heavily in favor of black wheels, which I guess I understand as an industry trend, but I really dislike black wheels. you can't see the details unless you're within a few feet.

#6 getting more votes than our beloved #5 is especially shocking. it's the same wheel, just all matte black and you can't see any of the features in the spoke design.

I completely agree. I love dark gunmetal gray wheels, but black just looks terrible to me. Like you said, you can't see the detail unless you're up close. Painted & Machined wheels are definitely my favorite.

I am amazed at all of the interest in the BAP wheels. I have a BAP 2023 XLT EB AWD and never cared for the wheels.

I bought ALPHAEQUIPT HALO CUV wheels in all black from Tire Rack since I wanted 17-inch wheels and 245/70-17 all-terrain tires instead of the 18-inch wheels (and limited all-terrain tire options).

The BAP wheels were installed on my wife's Atlas Blue XL Hybrid Maverick. The factory steel wheels will be posted for sale here shortly.

Personally, I like the '4. 18" machined face and black' standard from the Lariat followed by the optional '1. 17" machined face and grey' and ' 17" 'steel look' wheels.

Agreed. All black wheels are played out. Only look good on murdered out vehicles. Black with machined face looks 10 times better. Easy to identify the style in a pic. ALL Black wheels love the instant recognition in photos. It becomes a black blur.

I have #4. 18" Machined Face and Black on my Lariat and I think they're hideous, but I'm too cheap to spend money on replacements.
