Problems dealer has no idea how to fix

I have a 2023 hybrid lariat with 5,100 miles on it.
the current unresolved issues are:
1. When braking at a stop sign the vehicle shuddered violently and stopped suddenly.
2. The collision avoidance light flashed several times when no other vehicles or obstacles were on the road.
3. The intellilock on the passenger side usually does not work, especially if the pickup was parked
overnight or longer.

Has the dealer installed ALL of the recall software updates successfully??
Has the dealer gotten advanced support from ford engineers, etc. on the issues??
Is there another local dealer that "might have an idea how to fix" since your dealer has no idea??

I have never had any recalls or updates done, but there was one for the braking that supposedly made it smoother. A few people early on felt weird braking, but if mine ever did it it was minor and went away entirely. Collision avoidance depends on the camera at the top of the windshield so it could just be moisture or debris in front of the camera.

Do the brakes shudder everytime?

I have had my collision avoidance activate when changing lanes and car parked on side of road was seen to be in direction steering wheel was turned to. Also once when I was driving around a slight curve at 45mph and a vehicle was stopped in approaching lane waiting for a left turn. Yes I was steering directly at him but just about to steer right.

Do your recalls and then see if your maverick qualifies for the new engine.

Thanks for all the Input. The collision avoidance flashing warning only happened once and the violent, sudden shuddering while slowly braking only happened once. The lock/unlock problem has been ongoing.
Update: at the scheduled oil change the service manager suggested a battery check. The battery tested bad and a new battery was ordered which should come in today. i have had 3 recalls done in the last several months.

OK. Just as additional info, you can change the sensitivity of the crash avoidance in settings on steering wheel. Check to see if you have any open recalls that have not been performed, there were a few recalls that ended up having an additional recall to correct what the first one didn't

The "Title....." ..it's not unusual!!!

My DIL took her 2023 Explorer ST to a Capitol City Ford in Indianapolis to replace the Headlight because of a cracked Headlight Lens. ( It took 5 weeks to complete) They worked on it right away - found problem after problem. Eventually replace a major wiring harness which took some time to order and receive and install.
Original Fault was cracked lens and left headlight did not work!

She doesn't have the Invoice to the Insurance Company as yet. She pays $1000. Deductible on perhaps a $5000. Repair Bill.

I've had issue 1 occur a handful of times, not sure what causes it to even try to get the dealer involved. Haven't had it happen since the last batch or recalls, but maybe unrelated.

Ok, after getting the new 12V battery I have had no problems. Even the passenger side front door lock problem that plagued me since the vehicle was new has been magically fixed. I can only hope the new battery is good!
