I talked to a Ford customer service rep on 9/15 on the phone, and she told me that I have a private offer available ($2750 for Hybrid) and gave me a 12-character certificate number. She also said that this private offer expires on 1/3/2023.

I proceeded to place a replacement order on 9/16/22 for MY2023 to replace my 2022 that wasn't scheduled. I told my dealer about the private offer of $2750 but he said he will take care of it when the car arrives.

However, I am concerned that if the Maverick doesn't arrive prior to 1/3/2023 that my cert will expire. Any dealer here know about the situation? @fordvideoguy ?

There is not expiration date on the certificate offer. You just have to have placed the replacement 23MY order by the deadline, 9/20/22 for hybrid, 9/21/22 for ecoboost.

Hello,

Do you know of any reason why someone who ordered a '22, didn't get it built, ordered a '23 would NOT have a private offer?
I called Ford to ask if I could order a '23 at a different dealer and would I still keep my Private Offer. They (ford) told me I do NOT have a private offer. What would be the reason for this? What can I do?

Thanks

If your original dealer didn't enter the information for COVP certification it wouldn't have been built or receive a private offer for rollover.

2 possible reasons. 1. It just isn't showing yet. I talked to the Brand Manager the other day and there are some private offers that are missing names and they are working on those. 2. Your dealer did not get a COVP approval on your 2022 order. That was required to get the private offer.
