Private Offer Expiration

Anyone know how private offer works in cases where the build date is past expiration ?
According to Ford, Maverick Private offers expire Jan 2nd, 2024.

From what I understand they'll be renewed/extended when the expiration date approaches.
There's people with MY22->MY23 private offers that are still valid

When I called Ford marketing they said to just call them if I end up picking my truck after the Jan 2nd. expiration and they will be able to extend the date. My truck is currently in production and I doubt it will be delivered by then. I'm not too worried.

My 22/23 rollover had a $$2750 certificate that initially expired 1/2/23. Ford renewed it and no issue when I purchased on 3/8/23.

@23grayXLT84 it will be renewed for another three months continually until such time you take delivery of your truck. My private offer for 22 -> 23 rollover was extended multiple (?4?) times while I awaited delivery.

I picked up my 2024 XL 2.0 today. I received $1,750 for 22-23 plus $2,500 for 23-24 for a total of $4,250 rebate
