It can only handle 3.3 Amps, which Ain't much

Just had my Mav Lariat in the shop for same issue. They had no clue as to cause. I now am awaiting confirmation for an appointment in 40 days to have their "special tech" look at it. Am told it could take several days.

I thought I had the same problem. When I plugged in a light I thought the plug was “seated “ at least it felt like it was. After a few attempts I noticed a very small gap between the plug and outlet. So I pushed it in all of the way and it worked. It’s pretty stiff that last bit.

I hope you get it fixed.

The outlet on the back of the console has been flashing the yellow fault light for a while. I finally took it in and the dealer is going to replace the power inverter.

My understanding is that every time they ask for you to send them a private message with your vin, they send you an unhelpful private message back, telling you to take the vehicle to your local dealer.
