Is it possible to change your Courtesy Delivery Drop Location "after" your Maverick is scheduled for build? Just found a closer Drop Location that is cheaper.

It is probably set to be in a logical sequence for being loaded onto transport already plus other factors. Barring expert response otherwise I am going to say you are stuck with your CD.
