This is really annoying! Is it the 12V or the drive battery that's low? The warning message says to take a long drive. Take the time/burn the gas to drive around - to charge the battery? Am I the only one that thinks this is wacky?
I have a hybrid Lariat, with adaptive cruise control. Yesterday the Maverick gave me a collision false alarm and temporarily slammed on the brakes - for no reason. I was on the inside lane on the interstate (heading east on I-40 between Albuquerque, NM and the turnoff for Hwy 14). It was on a...
I love my Maverick hybrid, but we live up a dirt road in the mountains in New Mexico, and it's worthless in the snow. Yeah, I know, what do I expect. But I didn't want to hassle with seasonal snow tires, and our other car is AWD.
I've been reading about Performance All Weather tires. Some even...
Here in the mountains in New Mexico, the temperatures have dropped - as low as the midteens overnight. My driving hasn't changed much, but I've been using the steering wheel heater, heated seats and cabin heater a lot. My mileage has dropped from above 42 to below 39 so far on this tank. It...
I've had my Maverick several months now. I still remember fondly the British sports cars I had in my youth. But, given I'm not going to get an old Triumph or Austin Healy, or even a newer Miata, just to drive around, the Maverick is now the top of the list! I'll update my review someplace else.
It's probably in here somewhere, but I haven't found it. Can I use Android Auto for navigation with Bluetooth or do I have to be connected with a USB cable? For me it works with a cable, buy not with Bluetooth (yet).
These are my views/opinions so far on my trim: Cactus Gray Lariat with Lux package and Co-Pilot 360.
Capsule summary: I have about 400 miles of mixed driving, still on the first tank of gas, and I'm loving this truck so far. It's quiet, comfortable, smooth riding and, for me, has plenty of...
I have the same situation on my Lariat that i picked up a week ago. On mine and the examples I've seen, it's always the driver side cable that's slack. If that's the case it's a manufacturing/tooling problem. And, yes, the tailgate drops below level with the bed when it's down. I don't remember...
This is a Camelbak Eddy+ 600 ml (20 oz.). It fits well between the seats or in the forward door pocket under the arm rest, but is too thick for the tall slot behind the arm rest. It has a straw and bite valve and is spill-proof. My wife and I have used them for years.
What's the difference in the driving feel between normal and eco. (I'm on my first tank of gas and have only used normal. I'm still figuring out how the radio and climate control work.)
