I think you can get a trade-in value with the existing tires at some tire shops. I read a post where one guy did this and got $100 a tire for his "used" Pirellis
Yeah, I'm following that thread also....that guy's truck looks so good!

Seems like the tire trade varies store to store, so I think I'll call my local DT and see if they wanna play. This is probably still my first choice if I can cut the new tire cost down a bit.

Those are black wheels- nevermind I geuss- lol
If you swipe through the Cactus Grey Club thread, there are a couple pix with the upgraded machined wheels & Falkens. IMO, those wheels just get washed out with the cactus grey, but really pop on the hot pepper red. On the flip side, the black wheels get washed out on the red, but really pop on the cactus. At least that's my opinion....:p

Ok starting to agree with you- lol. I really like those polished wheels but the outer portion is maybe a little too bright. On the verge of losing my mind and upgrading to a Lariat loaded build with CG and the black wheels so much stuff only available on the Lariat trim. Trying to sort out how I can remove all the brown -

Yes call your DT even before you get your truck. My DT is 3/8 mile from dealer so should be less than 10 miles on speedo. If you go straight to DT should get best trade value. Or can (my favorite thing) within 30 days of buying new tires including when bought on new car but can be bought anywhere and have less than 1/32 wear you can buy DT certificates = road damage etc and credit for unused tread if say at 50% wear you injure one tire bad and since it would be unsafe to mix those tires together. DT 1 tire replace free other replaced pro-rata. Have to pay for new certificates for all 4. But hey! DT will price match so no need except on new car buy tires. Best deal on trade if new tire "nipples" are still on tread!

lol.... sorry to drag you into my dilemma. I swear to God I flip-flop 5 times a day....:ROFLMAO:

Tonight I'm set on CG again, and upgrading to 245's on my dime. Tomorrow, prolly back to HPR & OEM Falkens.... o_O

The madness of it all!

Picked it up last night and so far really happy with it overall. It fits our needs perfect without taking up more space than needed. Ride is great and definitely not as truck like as expected. It feels confident and has plenty of pep. Ask any questions you may have and I'll get back to you when I can.

Missing bed extender and hard cover because they were holding up my delivery.

That's my truck. I removed the tonneau cover from the order 3 weeks ago and got my build notice this week for early December. Great photos, thanks.

My truck ends up $42,000 with lots of dealer charges. I think is redicious. With add one my truck cost $35,000. Am I the only one paying out the nose dealer charges?
love your truck!
I still haven’t heard anything about delivery date on my order.
Mine was $37k for pretty much this same truck + hard rollup tonneau cover.

Looks great! I cannot seem to decide on a color. What are your thoughts on the cactus grey color? Is it exactly as you expected? The color in online pictures seem to vary from picture to picture, sometimes it's greener and sometimes it's greyer.
I really like the color. It seems to have different shades depending on the time of day and weather. Sometimes it's bright grey, sometimes light grey, sometimes a green grey, sometimes blue grey.
