Picked up Hybrid Lariat

Patiently waiting on my 2023 XL Hybrid order and out of the blue another dealer called me to let me know he had a hybrid lariat that a customer didn't take. I wasn't really looking for a lariat but now that it's home I really like this truck. Lariat, carbonized gray lux, 360, 360 assist and sunroof. It was MSRP and they honored my X plan. Have not decided on my ordered XL Area 51 with full spare....if it makes it?

BTW installed splash guards and I really didn't like the metal clips you have to put on front fenders they are hell on the paint on fender lip

Glad you found it, and especially at such a great deal. I’ll fly out tomorrow to pick up a hybrid, XLT since really I am not sure that the one I ordered will get built. I also have an eco-boost and thoroughly love it as well, but the hybrid is for my wife. Hope all goes well and you enjoy your Maverick.

Welcome to the Carb Grey Hybrid club! It's a great looking color on this truck but what a PITA to keep clean (trust me). Lariat Lux is fantastic...while you still know it's an "economy truck", still has the nicer things that you may have come to appreciate with prior vehicles. I know I am!

I'll drop some pics in a week or so, dressing it up a little. Dealer was Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville. It was the best dealer experience I've ever had. Quenton Duncan was salesman and the dealership is awesome....I highly recommend them

Check this forum, some people put clear 3m tape so it will not rub the paint. there are also other options that people had to install the splash guards.

Congrats OP! I’m just a little jealous. My Carbonized Gray hybrid has been in transit for about 3 weeks & my patience is wearing thin at this point.

Post some pics. If there are no pics, it didn’t happen.

Same dealership has a Cyber Orange Ecoboost Lariat (apparently "Certified" used) for only $44K!

You got yourself a nice truck. Good things can happen to those who wait. I cannot see myself in anything but the Lariat w/packages. I've earned a nice truck!
