Paint issue in bed

So i was prepping the bed to install the Ford DIBL and I noticed this spot in my bed. Seems to be some of the polyurethane (or whatever they use) to seal the different joints oozed and then was painted over. I picked at it with my fingernail and chunks came off as you can see. I had really hoped to get my DIBL done this weekend so I can work on other projects, but this is holding me up. It is relatively small and my main concern is corrosion. It'll be covered by the DIBL anyway so I'm tempted to just touch it up and call it a day. I don't see any metal exposed.

I would just touch it up myself especially since you're going to drop a bed liner over it. Maybe sanded a little bit with the sanding block or something to smooth it out a bit.

It is seam filler, nothing to worry about honestly. Sand it lightly, touch it up and roll on. You are going to cover it with a DIBL anyway, so you won't see it. Or, do a spray in bed liner and they will sand it and shoot right over it. Never an issue again.
