So sometime last month Ford started to require a phone/email - signature to get an order approved. If this didn't happen that might be why u didn't get a confirmation email from Ford. I did those things on 8/30 and had an email from Ford in an hour after my dealer pushed the button.I ordered mine on 8/14 and haven't gotten a single email about anything no confirmation, no build date no order status. nothing!!

Do you have a bed cover, bed liner or other factory add-ons in your order? that usually makes it take a week or two longer.My order with a build date of 9/14 is still "in production". Hopefully it is build by end of week

Hopefully someone can answer this. I ordered in mid August and finally got a DORA weeks later. I have since removed a couple of options and have asked for an updated DORA. Dealer has been saying for a week that "Ford has not accepted the updated order" so he can't send me anything new. Does that make sense? Also I've never received an email of any kind from Ford since placing my order.
