I have had my Weathertech bump step on for about 6 weeks now. Never set off the in bumper backup sensors, until about a week ago. Then the center 2 sensors kept beeping when in reverse. So I moved the step in about 2 inches, and it no longer sends a false signal.
Was going to install my Mabett Mud flaps, but I seem to have buried them in my store move. Found the set of Muslogy mud flaps, so I installed those instead. Watched a video on an install just to get an idea which size socket I'd need. Glad I didn't follow him. That was a real hack job. Only took about 15 minutes doing them the right way with just hand tools. In the end, I think these will offer enough protection. They look good too.
