Ordered a 2023 Maverick on the last day, with a $500 deposit. Was told that the next thing would be a confirmation email directly from FORD in about 3 days. As of today, no email from FORD. The dealer told me 4-days ago that there was a glitch in FORD's email system. As soon as it was fixed the dealer would let me know. Anyone else getting this? Am I going to get shafted here? I can't believe they can't fix an email problem in 2 weeks time.

Also, there is a theory if you previously told Ford to not email you they happily obliged as I didn't get my email until after I turned that setting off on FordPass.

When I ordered my Maverick I got an email from Ford within the hour. Went back 5 days later and ordered a Bronco Sport. Never received an email and forgot to take my copy of the order sheet when I left the dealer. Ford said they couldn't confirm jack squat without the sales and order number off of it. Called my salesman and had him send me a pic of the sheet so I had those numbers. Called Ford back, they confirmed it was in the system, then I got the email about 5 minutes after that.

So Ford has told me that they dont have the order in the system based on the order code provided at the dealer. It is either the wrong code or they did not give me the correct code (it is generated and printed on the order summary???). Ford could not tell me if I will get my order or not. Waiting for the sales manager to call me back..................................

I have never received an email from Ford for my 2022 fulfilled order or my new 2023 order. I had to call Customer Care and they were able to tell me that they do see my new order and it is in order processing. Just need a VIN and then scheduled and ultimately a second delivered truck.

I tried that when it was recommended it to me. Still nothing for me as far as emails go. Never got even one, but my 22 is in production.

Call to the dealer with this info and shortly thereafter I got a confirmation email from FORD.
