Order tracker not showing on Ford account

I have received my order confirmation email the it's the same email as my Ford login but my order doesn't show here. Anybody know if there something I have to do so that I can track my order on the website?

Ah so once it's scheduled it will show here, got it.

Just wondering because I know Ford's notification system via email hasn't been the most reliable apparently.

It seems silly to say it tracks reservations if it doesn't work until you get a VIN. They could put that on there somewhere. I was tripped up by this as well until I found on another thread it shows nothing without a VIN.

My order confirmation email from Ford has this:

You should get an email once your truck is scheduled for build; that email will include the VIN number. If for any reason your Ford account does not show status, you can also use https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/

No it won't show up there. See @altomav 's post above. It will be in the Ford scheduling tracker. You will be able to add it to your Ford vehicles section online with the VIN though, but it won't show up in that orders and reservations section. Not sure why, that is how it is though.

This is what you will see using the link. My order is scheduled for Production next week so I expect a different status when that happens.

Call the number in the post I made to help those of us just starting on this process - my attempt to summarize some of the key info from this forum for beginners like ourselves. Maverick Order. Short version, we were told that a dealer order will not show in our Ford account. Maybe once we get a VIN? Who knows.

That tracker did not work with the mav. Get your sales code and go to the ford order tracker site on under the tracker link

Not even then for me. Mine was built this week, and it still doesn't show on that screen. I can track it, but not through that.
