Order Status Email View Online option not working

In my original email confirmation, there is a link to View Online at the top right. I have been using that thinking that maybe it would update as time goes on and show Scheduled for Production, Built, etc. I have been viewing it daily without issues, but today the page it opens is blank. Does this work for anyone else? Maybe the link expired or something changed with my order? Am I the only one who clicks on this link daily?

That site has been wonky all week. Lots of reports of it not working. I could get it to work in Firefox yesterday but not in Edge. Today it only works in a private window on Edge not in Firefox at all.

Try a different browser and see if that helps.

That button should be to view the HTML of the email online rather than loading the content in your email client. It won't update with any new information because it's attached to the email content at the time of sending.
Unfortunately that means you just have to wait for a VIN, then you can use the (almost as useless) tracking site.

The link expires after so long. I had the same feeling when it happened to me.

Can confirm. The link to view the status online expires after about 30 days. And like someone else commented, it also doesn't update to be live either way, even within the 30 day window. Gotta use the real tracker where it asks for the VIN and Order Number for a more accurate current status. Or https://ordertrack.app/ , which I prefer over Ford's tracker.

As others mentioned that link expires. Its purpose is to let you view the e-mail duplicated in a web browser in case your e-mail previewer breaks displaying the message formatted properly.
