Welp… can’t view my order online any more.

I guess ford got tired of me clicking on my email confirmation every day to “view online”. It now just populates as a white screen.

Happens all the time, site is not the best.

Take a deep breath, wait a hot ten minutes (or a day...) and it'll be back to normal.

If this is the just the "View Online" link that comes in your order confirmation email, those time out a few weeks after you get the email. It is not a live tracker link. It just shows your order confirmation in html format.

You cannot live track your order until you get a VIN number assigned at scheduling.
