My Online order Confirmation isnt working anymore

I ordered my Mav in Oct and have been checking the online order confirmation/tracking off and on since then.
Around the beginning of the year the online part doesnt work anymore.
Anyone else experience this? Do i need to worry about my order?

I have my email confirmation but not having the online part work worries me.

The online copy of the order confirmation expires after a few months. This is normal.
