Order confirmed email from Ford

How long after you placed your did you get an email from Ford saying that your order was confirmed? I placed my order with the dealer on 10/21 and still haven’t received anything. Just curious.

Got it the same day I placed the orer at my dealer.

Be sure and check your junk folder. That's where I found mine.

It possible your dealer either didn't include your email address, or mistyped your address. It would definitely be a great idea to follow up on that.

Also waiting for mine which was ordered yesterday. My dealer said to call them on Monday if I didn't see it by then.

I ordered over phone with a very rural Texas dealer who was himself the Owner, GM and sales man... I had build sheet in front of me and he entered a customer order in my name to my specs...got the acceptance e-mail while still on the phone... My name was spelled wrong from Ford. He fixed it and later when I got build date and VIN my name was correct

So make sure your dealer enters it as customer order and NOT a dealer allocation...

I placed an order in-person at the Lebanon Ford dealership in Ohio on 1/18/22 and I had an order confirmation email before I left the dealership. I was told that it would take approximately 3 months to build and deliver the truck and to contact the dealership if I have not received any updates in the next 2 months.
