Update: I still haven't received any emails. I did reach out to Ford and they did see my order in, but it's still in "processing." My dealer said that my order was submitted though the lead to order program, but that usually requires a photo ID when submitted that way and they never took a copy...

I contacted Ford about my order and they said it was “in order processing”, but never did get the confirmation email from them. I also had them add my email address to my account for future updates.

Ok, now I’m curious as to why I haven’t gotten one. I’ll have to call the dealer and see why.

How long after you placed your did you get an email from Ford saying that your order was confirmed? I placed my order with the dealer on 10/21 and still haven’t received anything. Just curious.

Hmm. I got a paper like that and put down a deposit, but never got an email from Ford.

Thanks everyone for the help! I was able to get the sales manager to sign the purchase contract. The balance was the out the door price. Buying the truck at MSRP, no dealer markup.

I was given a “proposed purchase contract” from the dealer and it includes the price for the MSRP, tax, registration, licensing and fees, and the balance. The salesman said that that was the out the door price I would pay. Has anyone else had to sign something like this? Should I sign something...
