we are trying to move away from so much wasted plastic in our house. Given I drink about 1.5 gallons of water a day, using plastic is a lot of waste when you get the water from a standard .5L bottle.
Oooooo! Put water tank in storage area under back seat with RV pump. Run tubing to dash cubby and install spigot toggle to left to get hot water and to right to get cabin temp water. Need small flow heater for hot. Maybe flow chiller also.🤔🤔🤗

Yeah for all the attention on water bottles in the door pretty disappointing how very few actually fit. A wider holder would have been much more useful than a tall narrow one. The backseat holder is bigger but that doesn’t do me much good as the driver
I know this an older post. Finally got a maverick and I was disappointed that all of the vacuum insulated flasks that I own do not fit in the door holder. Now a days most people would prefer not to use plastic bottles which is what seems to be the only bottle that fits.... I want to know what you are supposed to do with the space next to the plastic bottle holder under the door arm rest

$34.95 for a water bottle just so it fits in the side door?

Hmm. Who else was it on here (different subject matter) who mentioned the "Dumbass of the Day Award?" Looks like I'm today's winner. Every day while I'm at work, I drink out of a blue water bottle. Just realized it's...you guessed it...a HYDROFLASK. As Ricky Gervais would say, "F'ing hell!" Problem solved so long as 21oz. fits.

This one fits in the trunk.
Serious question here.

is there a list of what water bottles WILL fit in the front doors?

i tried a 40oz hydroflask, and a 32oz nalgene to no avail as those are the ones i have on hand. without buying more bottles that don't fit, does anyone have a list of ones that DO fit.

i know its a dumb schtick, this whole water bottle thing, but I'm genuinely curious.
did you get the sliding rear glass by chance?

Reason I’m asking is you could a camelback setup like people do on bikes and hikes through that back window.

you needto run a line from under the tank so you can gravity feed into that back window.
You can also run an in-line filter and just fill it once a week like I do.

A ton of water may slightly exceed the bed weight capacity, or is it only going to be part full?

but if there is I don’t know what it might be.
tract from the outer fender by 2mm.
No absolute guarantee, but I think they would fit, using the stock tire.

Is the Zojirushi dishwasher safe?
They say “no.” It disassembles into three pieces: I’ll call them the cup, the lid, and the mouthpiece. I don’t put the lid in the dishwasher, but have washed the other two parts in there for years with no issues.

Since I don't carry water around with me, I'm using that space to keep my umbrella or Ice Scraper.

Much thanks! My spouse is all about the drink staying hot a LONG time. This will make a great gift.

By chance is your water bottle a Thermo Flask 24 oz. from Costco? Thanks for posting your photo!
