I actually got a 26 XLT Hybrid AWD

It definitely is different if you never drove a hybrid. The sound it makes when coasting or braking.

I live in the Eastside Cleveland Suburbs (Geauga County), I have a ‘26 Lariat Ecoboost heading my way on a transporter from Lordstown as we speak. Hope to see it arrive in the next week or so.

I like it, too. However, I'll admit I was slightly disappointed when I got the hybrid Mav, I'd been driving nothing but a hybrid Escape for about a year or so and it's "hybrid noises" are a bit more satisfying than the Mav's; rather the "dink dink dink" sound in reverse the Escape makes a very distinctive whooshing noise and when de-accelerating it's got a nicely satisfying whine down sound, louder than the Mav. No biggie, of course, I don't drive it for it's noise, though I get charge out of watching people nearby when I pull away w/ a lack of noise. Oh well, small pleasures.
